- SEINT Affiliate Artists [through whom you may have been introduced to SEINT or with whom you otherwise interact with respect to your purchases from and relationship with SEINT. The Artist whose details you quote when purchasing through the website will see full details of your order history and customer profile through their Artist Portal. This helps them to develop their relationship with you and is also used for purposes of calculating the Artist's commission and other payments.]
- Internal Third Parties: Companies within the Seint group that require access to personal information to support administrative functions, customer service or financial processing.
- External Third Parties: Service Providers-Including, but not limited to, merchant processing providers (e.g., for payment processing), commission processors (e.g., for commission calculations and payouts), and analytics services to connect with social media platforms for conversion tracking and customer experience improvements. Marketing Partners-Selected advertising networks, social media platforms, and email service providers who support our marketing and promotional efforts by delivering relevant advertisements and content. IT Support Providers-Entities that provide system administration, data hosting, security, and other technology services that ensure our platforms operate efficiently and securely.
- Legal and Regulatory Authorities: Relevant governmental, regulatory, or law enforcement agencies when required or permitted by law. This includes disclosures for compliance with legal obligations, fraud prevention, or protection of SEINT’s rights and interests.
- Business Transaction Partners: In cases where we may sell, transfer, or merge parts of our business or assets, potential buyers or partners may access personal information as part of due diligence. If a business change occurs, the new owners may continue to use your personal information under this Privacy Policy.
We require all such third parties to respect the security of your personal information and to treat it in accordance with the law.
