Return Policy
If you’re not in love with your purchase, we’re happy to refund your order, as long as it falls within our return policy.
Products purchased from Seintofficial.com must be returned in new or gently used condition and within 30 days from the date the order is delivered. We accept returns for products purchased from seintofficial.com only, and all returns are inspected upon receipt at our warehouse. For all returns Seint reserves the right to verify information provided and require a valid proof of purchase.
- Returns of items that qualified for a free promotional item(s) must return the free promotional item(s).
- Returns will be processed within 3-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse, and you will receive a credit confirmation with your refund amount once your return has been fully processed.
- For items returned within our returns policy, the purchase price will be refunded to the original form of payment.
Please note:
- Seint closely monitors return activity and reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with the return policy guidelines, including returns made after the 30-day return window or instances of return abuse, at its sole discretion.
- If items that are ineligible for a return are sent back to Seint, those items will not be mailed back to you.
- Original shipping fees are not refundable.
Damaged Product(s)
If you purchased a product from us that you believe is defective or not as described, please contact our ASK team by filling out this contact form.
Item Condition
Items must be returned in new or gently used condition.
Collections
If partially returning items from a collection, the prorated amount will be refunded. This means that the original discount will be distributed proportionally across all items in the order, and the refund for the returned item(s) will be calculated accordingly.
Apparel
All apparel items must be returned unworn with original tags attached.
Sales and Clearance
Clearance, discounted or discontinued items are not eligible for returns.
Palette Credit
Palettes purchased with Palette Credit are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Loyalty Shop Items
Items purchased in the loyalty shop are not eligible for returns or exchanges. If a Loyalty Shop item arrives defective or damaged please contact our ASK team.
Partial Return Coupon Adjustments
If you return a portion of an order that included a coupon, the refunded amount will reflect the prorated value of the coupon based on the items returned. This means that the original discount will be distributed proportionally across all items in the order, and the refund for the returned item(s) will be calculated accordingly.
Artist Kits
You may return your Artist Kit within one year of purchase for a refund of 90% of the purchase price. Artist Kit must be returned in its entirety; all items must be unused and in resalable condition. You are advised to insure the package for $200, as Seint is not responsible for lost shipments. Original shipping and handling fees will not be refunded. (Contact customer service to initiate Artist Kit return)
Please note that because we are unable to control the quality of our products sold by unauthorized sellers, unless otherwise prohibited by law, the benefit of this Return And Exchange Policy is not available for products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized internet sites.
Seint reserves the right to verify information, require a valid proof of purchase, and to deny Return requests in its discretion in cases of suspected fraud or where Seint concludes that the purchaser has abused or attempted to abuse the Return And Exchange Policy.
